The only plumber who complied with my request to seal off a radiator in a condominium, which required freezing the pipes with a special machine and then cutting them, risking water damage throughout the building once the water thawed. Fortunately, everything went well, well done to him 👍

I highly recommend NG Plumbing. I carried out remote work (changing the toilet and replacing the sink with a vanity with an integrated sink) without any problems: sending quotes, photos of the materials purchased, the work carried out and online payment. I am very satisfied.

An appointment was made for 11 a.m. The first repair of the existing one wasn't conclusive, so they came back at 5 p.m. to replace the entire drain pipe (at no extra cost). Great work! Fast, efficient, responsive, punctual, and friendly. I highly recommend them.

We called another plumber for a water heater problem, we no longer had hot water, he told us that we needed to change the water heater. We wanted a second opinion and so we contacted NG Plomberie, in 10 minutes he had not even found the problem and the hot water came back the same evening! With a more than fair price, and very efficient work, we are really delighted, and it saved us from paying at least €700 to change a water heater which is still in working order. Thank you again, and do not hesitate to contact this company!

Responsiveness for an appointment, the same day. Professional and very friendly. Called to warn of a time difference, I appreciated, Changing the toilet flush mechanism, found a simple solution by redoing the seal with cilicone to strengthen the joint, instead of completely changing the overflow evacuation of my kitchen sink/small leak. Made the silicone seal of my water inlet covers in my shower. While another plumber told me to dismantle everything...simple and effective. very happy with the value for money intervention. I recommend. R.A.G.
